Hair Transplant Clinic, Makati

We do one thing.

GraftLab is a hair restoration clinic — that is all we do. No skin treatments, no weight programmes. Because we only restore hair, we treat your donor area as a finite resource to protect, not a quantity to sell, and we do one patient a day, properly.

We take only what you need. We make every decision through a surgeon. We never stop learning. And we believe a result that can change a life should be within reach of the people whose lives it changes.

Our Experience

Ten million grafts. Each one placed by hand.

A hair transplant is built one graft at a time: each follicle lifted, kept alive and placed at the right angle and depth, for hours. Over more than ten years across Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, GraftLab has placed more than ten million grafts — and in all that time we have never over-harvested. The careful answer is almost always the right one.

Our Founder

Founded and led to one standard.

GraftLab was founded by Dr. Inder, a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. She developed the protocol every GraftLab clinic follows, trained the Manila team, and remains available to our surgeons for difficult cases.

Our Team

Trusted medical hands.

Your procedure is performed by a clinical team working to the international standard for hair restoration. The surgeon plans the procedure, designs the hairline, makes every incision, and performs the extraction, assisted by a trained team. The team prepares the grafts and, when forceps are used, places them; when implanter pens are used, the surgeon implants them. A doctor supervises every step, from the first incision to the last graft placed. This is how careful hair restoration is done. Nothing that affects your appearance is left to chance, and nothing is left to a technician working unsupervised.

Dr. Queenie Santiago-Villadore, MD

Lead Surgeon, GraftLab Manila

Dr. Queenie leads every procedure at GraftLab Manila. She trained in medicine at De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute, is a surgical fellow of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery, and was trained on live cases in our protocol by Dr. Inder. She plans each procedure, designs the hairline, performs the incisions and supervises from start to finish.

The Clinical Team

Our trained clinical specialists harvest, handle and place the grafts — the hours-long work that builds density. Each was trained on live cases by Dr. Inder, has more than a year of dedicated hair restoration experience, and works under the surgeon's supervision.

Training

We don't send one doctor. We send the whole team.

Hair restoration keeps changing, so the whole team trains — not just the surgeon, but everyone who works on your procedure.

Every clinical team member first completes months of supervised training in our protocol under Dr. Inder.

After that, the team keeps current together: members attend the field's leading congresses — in June 2026 the entire clinical team attended the FUE Global World Congress in Guangzhou. Regular retraining, overseas and in-house, keeps the standard moving forward.

When you choose GraftLab, you are not relying on what one person learned years ago. You are choosing a team that keeps current, together.

Before You Choose

Five questions to ask any hair transplant clinic.

Most of what matters in hair restoration happens out of sight. These five questions point to the standards that produce a careful result. Ask them of anyone you consider — including us.

  1. Who will actually make the incisions and design my hairline?

The hairline is the most visible part of the result. It should be designed by the surgeon, who also makes every incision.

  2. How many grafts do I actually need — and who decides?

A plan built around your case protects your donor area. A plan built around a “maximum” package protects the clinic's invoice.

  3. What magnification and equipment do you use?

Follicles are sub-millimetre. Every graft is extracted and assessed under Carl Zeiss surgical magnification.

  4. Will the people performing my procedure be here for my follow-up?

Recovery and aftercare matter as much as the surgery. Your procedure and your follow-up are with the same local team, here in Manila.

  5. What credential does your surgeon hold in hair restoration specifically?

Hair restoration has its own international board — the ABHRS. Dr. Inder, who founded GraftLab and designed the protocol, holds Diplomate status with the ABHRS and is a Fellow of the ISHRS.

On Results

We don't promise miracles. We do careful work.

When the protocol is followed properly — careful extraction, correct graft handling, a surgeon-designed hairline, supervised placement — graft survival is high. Every step is built to protect each graft, so that as many as possible survive.

We will not offer you a guarantee. No honest hair restoration surgeon can guarantee a biological outcome.

Instead, we offer a protocol that gives your grafts the best chance, a team accountable for every step, and an honest view of what to expect — including telling you if surgery isn't right for you.

Come and See

The best way to decide is to come and understand.

A good decision starts with understanding your own situation — your hair loss, your donor supply and what is realistic. Take our 60-second estimate or come in for a consultation; either way you will leave knowing your options.
